All orders are currently being fulfilled by White Squirrel, and ship from WA, USA! If there are any issues with your order, please fill out the contact form with your order #, if you have it, and I will respond ASAP!
Aside from preorders, which will have timing specified on the product page, orders will normally take around 7 days to ship out, and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping within the US, or anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks for international orders. Sometimes orders will take a little longer to ship based on the workload of my fulfillment service, especially around holidays. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or never arrives, first, double check that your address was correct, and check with your local post office. You can also fill out these forms on the USPS website to start a missing mail search request.
If you still have no luck locating your package, send an email including your order # in the contact form and I will do my best to help resolve the issue!
Please note that shipping cost is generally nonrefundable for both US and international customers, but depending on stock/availabilty, replacements can be sent for lost orders, and/or refunded, which will cover the cost of the items ordered only.
If your package is returned to sender, it can be re-sent once it has been returned. Please double check your address/info in the form! If you've made an error in your address, you may need to pay for a new shipping label.
If you need to make an exchange for a different size, no problem, just send an email via the contact form! You will need to send back the item(s) you want to exchange to the return address and include a note with your order # and the size or item you want to exchange it for. Once the return has been received, the requested item will be on its way!
